The Aztec Hotel is a haven of traditional comfort, with excellent facilities for conferences or corporate meetings. Using reclaimed timber beams and local Cotswold stone it give the impression that this elegant, welcoming establishment has been here for centuries. Polished wood and rich traditional colours add warmth, while huge rugs stretched in front of open fires create a cosy, welcoming environment.

The Aztec Hotel & Spa offers air-conditioned conference facilities in a purpose-built area featuring separate breakout and lounge areas. A choice of 20 meeting and syndicate rooms cater for between ten and 180 delegates. All main conference rooms have natural daylight. A purpose-designed management training centre, which includes two training rooms and delegate study bedrooms, is also available. There is a unique range of private dining rooms to choose from, which can be used individually or collectively to meet the needs of your event.

At the Aztec Hotel & Spa you can take advantage of the Conference Cafe - designed to give you control of your meeting and take breaks when it suits you and your delegates. Choose from a great selection of speciality teas or coffees, fruit, pastries, juices and cookies - all in a contemporary, light and bright area where you can stretch your legs or catch up on the news with today's papers.

Special theme evenings can be arranged, including BBQ, American, Italian or Chinese, and your own suggestions are welcome.

The Aztec Hotel & Spa's 128 bedrooms and suites are furnished to an excellent standard and feature the highest quality decor and furnishings. Some rooms offer private terraces overlooking a feature lake. A range of family rooms, Four-Poster rooms, non-smoking rooms and rooms adapted for disabled guests are available.
